The staple fiber needle-punched non-woven geotextile is to open the synthetic chemical fiber and comb it into a web and use the barbed needle to repeatedly pierce the fiber web up and down so that the fibers are entangled with each other and fixed into a cloth. The thickness of the product is generally more than 1mm, the porosity is high, the permeability is good, and the performance of reverse filtration and drainage is excellent. It can also be combined with a geomembrane to form a composite material to provide reinforcement and protection to the membrane.
1. High water permeability, under the pressure of earthwork, it can still maintain good water permeability;
2. Corrosion resistance, using polypropylene or polyester and other chemical fibers as raw materials, acid and alkali resistance, non-corrosion, non-worm-eaten, and anti-oxidation;
3. Simple construction, lightweight, and easy to use.
Mainly used for anti-seepage, reinforcement, protection of dams, water blocking treatment, landfill back filtration, drainage, asphalt pavement reconstruction, and other projects.
